- 100g Milk Chocolate
- 12 Marshmallows
- — Sprinkles, to decorate

Preheat your oven to 180°C, set to the grill setting. Make sure a rack is positioned close to the grill element.

Lay 12 rice crackers onto a lined baking tray, spaced comfortably apart so heat circulates evenly.

Place one marshmallow on top of each cracker, pressing gently so it sits flat.

Slide the tray into the oven for about 90 seconds, watching closely the entire time to make sure the marshmallows toast without burning.

Remove from the oven and immediately press a second rice cracker on top of each, sandwiching the hot marshmallow.

Melt the milk chocolate and dip or drizzle over each s'more. Top with sprinkles and allow to set before serving.
