Crunchy Fantastic Original Rice Crackers, a gooey toasted marshmallow, and a dip in silky chocolate — this fun twist on the classic s'more is crispy, melty, and totally addictive. Perfect for when you want something sweet, simple, and a little bit extra.

Ingredients

  • ×24 Original Fantastic Rice Crackers
  • 100g Milk Chocolate
  • 12 Marshmallows
  • Sprinkles, to decorate

Method

    Preheat your oven to 180°C, set to the grill setting. Make sure a rack is positioned close to the grill element.

    Lay 12 rice crackers onto a lined baking tray, spaced comfortably apart so heat circulates evenly.

  3. 3

    Place one marshmallow on top of each cracker, pressing gently so it sits flat.

  4. 4

    Slide the tray into the oven for about 90 seconds, watching closely the entire time to make sure the marshmallows toast without burning.

    Remove from the oven and immediately press a second rice cracker on top of each, sandwiching the hot marshmallow.

    Melt the milk chocolate and dip or drizzle over each s'more. Top with sprinkles and allow to set before serving.
