Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Sunbeamventures. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content and Invitation to Offer

Sunbeamventures has taken every care in preparing the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT/GST. Packaging may vary from that shown, and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Dispatch of the product(s) ordered may not happen all at the same time. In that case, the portion of the order that has been dispatched will be deemed accepted by Sunbeamventures.in, while the balance remains on offer and Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right to accept or reject it.

No act or omission of Sunbeamventures.in prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order, and again to confirm dispatch and acceptance of the order.

Eligibility to Use

If Sunbeamventures.in receives an order from, or to be delivered to, such a state (see our shipping policy for the list), we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

You Also Agree and Confirm

• To provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as prompted by the Sunbeamventures registration form or guest details form (this information being the "Registration Data").
• To maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
• That if you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, or if Sunbeamventures.in has reasonable grounds to suspect this, Sunbeamventures.in has the right to suspend or terminate your membership indefinitely and refuse you access to the Website.
• That if a non-delivery occurs because of a mistake on your part, such as a wrong name, address or other information, any extra cost incurred by Sunbeamventures.in for redelivery shall be claimed from and paid by you.
• That you will use the services provided by Sunbeamventures.in, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies for lawful purposes only, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Website.
• To provide authentic and true information wherever it is requested of you. Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right to confirm and validate this information at any time.
• That if, on confirmation, your details are found not to be true in whole or in part, Sunbeamventures.in may, at its sole discretion, reject your registration and bar you from using our services or those of affiliated websites, without prior notice.
• That you are accessing the services on this Website and transacting at your sole risk, and are using your best and most prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Website.
• That the address at which the product you ordered is to be delivered will be correct and proper in all respects.
• To check the product description carefully before placing an order.
• That by placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and the invitation to offer included in that item's description.
• That you consent to receive communications from us through automated calls, voice calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages, emails, notifications and similar channels.

Usage Restrictions

Membership Program and Its Members

Members of the Sunbeamventures Loyalty Program can accrue reward points for purchases made at Sunbeamventures.in, within the Program's Terms of Use.

Sunbeamventures.in has a detailed account-linking process that lets customers redeem their reward points online. Customers must fill and submit a separate form to activate this facility, and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the risks of activating online reward point redemptions, and will not hold Sunbeamventures or its subsidiaries responsible for any loss arising from such transactions.

For online point redemptions, Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right to obtain a collateral authorization on the member's credit or debit card for the full value of the order, even if the member is redeeming enough points to cover it. This authorization is reversed once the reward points are successfully captured from the member's account.

By choosing to link your Membership with your Sunbeamventures.in account and redeem your reward points online, you agree that your credit or debit card will be authorized for the full value of your order, even if you choose to pay partly or fully with Reward Points.

If the reward point balance you have chosen to redeem is available at the time of shipping, only any excess amount will be charged to your credit or debit card.

However, if the reward point balance is insufficient at the time of shipping, your credit or debit card will be charged for the shortfall.

Quantity Restrictions

Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same account, the same credit or debit card, or the same billing and/or shipping address.

We will notify you if such limits are applied. Sunbeamventures.in also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse sales to anyone it deems fit.

Pricing Information

While Sunbeamventures.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing or product error, Sunbeamventures.in has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, unless it has already been dispatched.

If an item is mis-priced, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Unless the product you ordered has been dispatched, your offer is not deemed accepted, and we may modify the price and contact you for further instructions using the email address you provided at registration, or cancel the order and notify you.

If Sunbeamventures.in accepts your order, the amount will be debited to your credit or debit card, and you will be notified by email once payment has been processed. This may happen before we dispatch the product you ordered. If we have to cancel the order after processing payment, the amount will be reversed to your credit or debit card account.

We strive to provide you with the best value. However, a price online may sometimes not match the price in a store in your geographic region, and store pricing may differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation by Sunbeamventures.in

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Situations that may lead to an order being cancelled include limits on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

We will let you know if all or part of your order is cancelled, or if we need additional information to accept it. If your order is cancelled after your credit or debit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed to your card account within 15 days or your next billing cycle.

We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order you placed. However, we may only charge (capture) the amount corresponding to the portion of the order we are able and willing to fulfil, plus any associated shipping charges, taxes and levies.

Any surplus amount originally authorized on your card, if not captured by us within the period stipulated by our merchant banker, will not be captured or charged. If it is charged to your card or bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as we become aware of it.

Sunbeamventures.in reserves the right to capture or charge your card up to the full or partial authorized amount for the order concerned.

Financial Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit or debit card details or other financial details you provide for availing of services on Sunbeamventures.in will be correct and accurate, and that you will not use a card or financial facility that is not lawfully owned or obtained by you.

You also understand that any financial information you submit is received directly by our acquiring bank and is not stored by Sunbeamventures.in. Sunbeamventures.in will not be liable for any credit or debit card fraud.

The liability for fraudulent use of a card will rest with you, and the onus to prove otherwise lies exclusively with you. All information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

Sunbeamventures.in and its associated acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyer's fees from persons using the Website fraudulently.

They also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website, and for any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

When you visit the Website or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website.

You may terminate it at any time by writing to us through the Indian postal system, by registered post, stating that you no longer wish to be associated with this website, provided you discontinue any further use of it.

Sunbeamventures.in may terminate this User Agreement at any time, and may do so immediately without notice, denying you access to the Website. Such termination will be without any liability to Sunbeamventures.in.

Sunbeamventures spa products are based on natural and ayurvedic formulations. Though we make every effort and take precautions to keep our products safe for human use, certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions in some individuals, or may adversely affect people with pre-existing medical conditions.

Please familiarise yourself with the ingredients and usage instructions accompanying each product to make sure it is safe for you to use. It is your sole responsibility to take proper precautions, or seek professional medical or dermatological advice, before using any personal care product you may be allergic to.

You agree that Sunbeamventures.in will not be responsible or liable for any product-related issues, including any allergic reactions, arising from the use of our products.

For purchases made through Sunbeamventures.in, you will also be governed by the limitation of liability and disclaimer conditions provided in more detail on the product packaging or leaflets.

Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, related to the website or your use of it, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed Indian Rupees 2,000.
