really nice at fixing frizz and smells good

This is a winner for me, an easy hair clay with the lovely smell of Eucalyptus.

I'm in my 60's and have aged into luminous white hair, and keep it in a sharp shoulder length bob cut, and like to try and keep the style sleek, and a hair clay is one of my favourite products for keeping the hair neat and in place without looking unnatural.

I've tried this clay after drying my hair this morning and I really like it; it gives the control I want without looking obvious, as hairspray can. I used a couple of really quite small pea sized blobs softened in my hands in two applications to gradually massage through my hair evenly, and I'm very happy with the results.
The clay is a little softer and more malleable than many I've used; once warmed it's easy to spread, and when dry it doesn't feel tacky.
I often tie my hair in a low ponytail at the back of the neck, and I really don't like the wispy new growth around the hairline, and once tied a tiny bit of this clay fixes the wisps in place, keeping the look smooth running into the ponytail. It held the wisps at bay all day while I was out.
As I have such white hair I'm pleased to say I don't see any darkening of the tone or streaking with using this clay, and in the tub it is a pale, opaque, creamy, firm texture.
I know the fragrance of a hair product doesn't affect how well it works but I love the Eucalyptus fragrance of this hair clay.
Two absolutes are silicone free and vegan, for me, and I love that the clay is guaranteed Cornish, and the addition of keratin and wheat proteins are a bonus for hair care.

I've paid easily more for a good quality hair clay than the order price of £10.95 for this product, and as it's something that lasts a long time for me, I'm happy with the price for how much I like this clay. 5*

It's not bad stuff this. The consistency is that of quite an aerated clay, almost like a light mousse and a little bit does go a fair way. We've all had a go at this in our house and the conclusion is, it's better on shorter styles. It gives a medium hold, with a definite frizz taming, particularly if you have finer hair.
I would say that if you have very unruly hair, or are styling longer locks, then this might not be the product for you... At least, not on it's own. But, on short-to-medium styles, it works well and has a pleasant smell. The price (currently a little over ten pounds) is certainly at the higher end of what I usually spend on products like this and there's a lot of competition out there. But it's worth a go.

I don't usually use product in my hair, because they tend to irritate my scalp and make it go greasy. Since wearing my hair shorter though, I've noticed a lot of pesky flyaways that seem almost statically charged. This fuzz-off clay is extremely lightweight, and honestly is barely noticeable in my hair - except for the fact that it becomes so shiny and smooth!

I barely use much; just a pea sized amount a couple of times a week, so this tub will probably last me the year. It's excellent value for the price, and I'm very impressed with the brand (I'd not heard of them before). I can tell it's a premium product and would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.

My hair is long, but I also have some short regrowth on top, after hair loss caused by a skin condition. That regrowth is extremely frizzy for some reason, and hard to manage, so I was particularly drawn to the Control Clay.

It's quite a thick substance, so I would recommend only using a small amount, and warming it up in your hands first. It also has a nice, herbal scent, though that does not linger.

I put a little bit on my problem areas, and immediately noticed how much sleeker they looked. The clay held the hair in place all day, too.

Overall, a good value item.
