    Dissolve 1 tbsp Moccona Espresso in a little hot water. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. These coffee cubes will chill your drink without diluting it.

    When ready to serve, dissolve the remaining 1 tbsp Moccona Espresso in 125 ml of hot water. Stir until fully dissolved and let cool slightly.
