Ingredients
- 2 × 400g Al Wadi Foul Moudammas, drained
- 1 Cup Lemon juice
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 4 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- To Taste Salt & pepper
Preparation
- Place the drained broad beans into a large serving bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the broad beans and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lemon juice, salt, or pepper if desired.
- Serve warm with fresh spring onions and Arabic bread for an authentic Lebanese mezze experience.
