Thai Red Curry Recipe for 2 – just in 3 steps:
Step 1 - Gently fry the aromatic paste
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan.
Add 400g of thinly sliced chicken breast or Tofu and cook until lightly browned.
Step 2 - Stir in the coconut milk from Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry 3 Step Kit
Step 3 - Add the dry & fresh ingredients
Add a handful of baby corn and 1 sliced red pepper.
Simmer until the chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.
